Talent Acquisition Specialist (Junior)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Salary: €1,800–€2,600 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience.

What you will do

• Search for candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Conduct HR interviews focused on candidates’ experience and motivation.
• Support recruitment processes from the first conversation through the final steps.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future opportunities.
• Keep candidates updated and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
• Organize recruitment tools and the ATS, suggest hiring improvements, and gradually contribute to other HR projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, including conducting interviews.
• Comfort with candidate sourcing and outreach to new people.
• Ability to ask effective questions and get to know candidates during interviews.
• Curious, proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable managing different tasks and working with people as part of a team.
• Comfortable communicating in English and Lithuanian.
