Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mid)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Salary: €3,000–€3,800 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience.

What you will do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, using creative approaches when needed.
• Own recruitment processes from initial outreach through the final offer.
• Lead HR interviews and evaluate candidates beyond their CVs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Maintain candidate communication, talent pools, and accurate ATS records.
• Improve recruitment practices and contribute to additional HR projects as responsibilities grow.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, including sourcing and independently leading interviews.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Confidence running recruitment processes and working directly with hiring managers.
• Proactive, independent approach and ability to move work forward without waiting for instructions.
• Genuine interest in meeting people, building relationships, and having meaningful conversations.
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and commitment to improving ways of working.
• Comfort communicating in English and Lithuanian.
