Data Architect

What you will do

• Define and maintain end-to-end data solution architecture covering ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, persistence, and system integration.
• Design data domains, integration patterns, transformation layers, and reconciliation processing flows.
• Define source-to-target mapping standards, processing patterns, and result persistence structures.
• Support technology configuration, implementation guidance, and technical design reviews.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Telekom stakeholders on requirements and architectural decisions.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and support the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Data Integration, including at least 4–5 years as a Data Architect or Solution Architect on comparable enterprise data platform or data integration projects.
• Experience designing enterprise data architectures and ETL/ELT solutions.
• Strong conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling skills, including relational schemas, canonical data models, reference data structures, and reconciliation results models.
• Experience designing batch integration, file-based ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation workflows.
• Knowledge of data quality, matching, traceability, auditability, and reconciliation control design.
• Experience with incremental processing, idempotency, error handling, and reprocessing strategies.
• Knowledge of integration architecture, orchestration patterns, and version-controlled development.
• Experience with on-premises deployment architecture and security and operational requirements.
• Experience in telecommunications, billing, Revenue Assurance, financial reconciliation, or other data-intensive enterprise environments.
• Relevant technologies include PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Python, dbt Core, Apache Airflow, Meltano/Singer, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Apache NiFi, or equivalent ETL/ELT and database technologies.
