Senior Product Writer (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv; flexible hybrid work model

What you will do

• Own and manage content needs for assigned product pods.
• Drive writing projects end to end, using Figma and prototypes to write, iterate, and refine copy in context.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create clear microcopy and provide UX/UI content feedback.
• Monitor internal and external feedback to address customer needs and define content priorities.
• Support Help Center documentation and create user assistance, including product tours and sidebar content.
• Use AI writing tools daily and help develop smarter AI-assisted content workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing microcopy.
• Mother-tongue English writing ability.
• Experience owning UX content for complex products from problem definition through launch and iteration, supported by a portfolio.
• Strong content judgment, attention to detail, and a record of producing accurate, consistent work.
• A research-minded approach to understanding product context, user needs, and relevant evidence before making content decisions.
• Fluency with AI writing tools and the ability to use them efficiently without lowering quality.
• Ability to learn quickly and explore new technologies.
• Ability to adapt tone and voice for different customer personas and use cases.
• Clear, proactive communication; reliable follow-through; ownership of content issues; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
