Commercial Project Manager

Location: Rosh Aayin, Israel; full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Manage the commercial, financial, contractual, administrative, legal, tax, accounting, and compliance aspects of projects throughout their life cycle.
• Support risk and opportunity assessment, response planning, project controls, internal controls, and compliance checks.
• Prepare project status documentation and maintain accurate cost, pricing, cash-flow, invoicing, payment, and project-book data.
• Manage contracts, claims, change orders, guarantees, bonds, securities, commercial risks, and customer credit-risk analysis.
• Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers, consortium partners, internal functions, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Support project financial targets, strategic development, decision boards, customer issue resolution, and commercial lessons learned.

Requirements

• Entry-level or graduate profile.
• Knowledge of project management, claim management, risk management, conflict management, coaching, and teamwork.
• Specialist knowledge of management control and finance.
• Knowledge of accounting, tax, legal, HR, purchasing, and logistics topics.
• Knowledge of international trade rules.
• Fluent English.
