Engineering Enablement Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, delivery, and operational adoption of strategic programs across Cloud Service Availability.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, SRE, Architecture, Security, and other stakeholders on priorities, requirements, milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
• Manage roadmaps, program plans, schedules, risks, blockers, resource constraints, success criteria, and leadership reporting across concurrent initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting for program health, delivery performance, operational improvements, and organizational objectives.
• Develop hands-on knowledge of the hirify.global Jira environment and support its administration, organization, reporting, and process improvement.
• Coordinate AI and automation initiatives that improve engineering productivity, incident management, service reliability, operational workflows, and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in program management, project management, technical project coordination, or a related role within a technology or engineering organization.
• Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage priorities, track milestones and dependencies, and drive work through completion.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, product, operations, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with Jira or similar work management platforms and willingness to develop deeper hands-on Jira knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies, including practical use of generative AI or AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, communication, analysis, or daily workflows.
• Strong interest in expanding AI and automation in program management and operational processes.
• Ability to learn technical concepts, systems, AI capabilities, and new technologies quickly without requiring deep software development expertise.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, service availability, or other technology-focused organizations.
• Hands-on Jira experience with projects, epics, stories, workflows, dashboards, filters, queries, reporting, or backlog management.
• Experience with Agile or similar software development and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with quarterly planning, roadmap development, backlog management, program reporting, or engineering delivery processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and modern software development and operational practices.
• Experience identifying process-improvement and operational-efficiency opportunities.
