Technical Program Manager (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major enterprise platform and technology initiatives across Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, and infrastructure or technology migrations.
• Own program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, scope, schedule, cost, and change control across concurrent workstreams.
• Coordinate internal technology and engineering teams, third-party vendors, and multidisciplinary specialists.
• Manage program governance, RAID logs, executive communications, KPIs, and senior governance forums.
• Elicit and document business and technical requirements, translating them into functional specifications, system designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyse Finance processes including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and/or Technical Business Analyst, including leadership of large, complex programs in a global enterprise environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP FICO or S/4HANA, and/or Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI.
• Experience with API-based integrations, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to influence and align senior technology and business stakeholders, including executives, in a complex enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering large-scale platform, server, cloud, or other technology migration programs.
• Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance.
