Analytics Director (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Helsinki, Finland; hybrid work.

What you will do

• Define, plan, and execute an analytics roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, data engineers, and developers.
• Oversee data collection, consolidation, integrity, accessibility, and analysis across multiple sources.
• Define KPIs, identify player trends, and build advanced reports and visualizations.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for business units and executive leadership.
• Guide the in-house analytics stack, data integration, portfolio-level data assets, and model outputs while collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Empires & Puzzles and free-to-play gaming business models.
• Proven management skills and experience guiding technical teams.
• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-looking analytics strategy.
• Expertise in advanced statistical modeling, deep-dive data analysis, and data visualization.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with SQL, cloud platforms and databases such as AWS and Redshift, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker.
• Ability to present complex technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
