Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, Minsk, Belarus; office address: 129 Odoyevskogo Street, Minsk

Salary: $1,500–$2,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Prepare detailed product overviews and manage the product-development flow from initial concept through integration with existing systems and processes.
• Communicate with Product Owners and stakeholders to collect and clarify software requirements.
• Analyze existing system logic, identifying gaps, contradictions, and edge cases before development.
• Research competitors and market solutions to determine potential functionality and product improvements.
• Create mockups, process flows, detailed functional descriptions, product documentation, and technical manuals.
• Prepare development tasks with clear acceptance criteria for developers, designers, and QA, and support migration of existing functionality while preserving consistent logic.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate conclusions concisely.
• Understanding of the software-development process.
• Experience in FX or brokerage; broker-side experience is preferred.
• Strong English at C1 level.
• Experience with user roles, permissions, and status-based workflows.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations with third-party providers.
• Ability to describe complex logic clearly for both technical and business teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, PSP integrations, transaction statuses, and reconciliation, or with other fintech products.
• Product-level understanding of KYC/AML processes.
