Principal Agentic AI Engineer

What you will do

• Define the enterprise architecture, technical vision, and technology roadmap for Agentic AI in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Architect scalable agent platforms supporting multi-agent collaboration, orchestration, enterprise knowledge, tool and API ecosystems, long-term memory, planning, and reasoning.
• Establish standards and architecture patterns for agent development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and scaling across fabs and manufacturing functions.
• Explore advanced reasoning models, multimodal AI, agentic workflows, and AI-to-AI collaboration.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, IT, data, and business leaders to identify opportunities and connect AI capabilities with measurable manufacturing outcomes.
• Mentor AI engineers and architects, build an internal community of practice, develop reusable platforms, and lead partnerships with technology providers and research institutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, architecture, or related technology fields.
• High fluency in Python, including clean code and complex data pipelines.
• Experience building AI-ready data layers with model objects, relationships, and rules.
• Proficiency with semantic web standards including RDF and OWL.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS and related cloud services, and REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures; familiarity with MCP, tool calling, or workflow automation concepts.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, software architecture, and distributed-systems expertise.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI systems and translating emerging technology into production business value.
