  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Hands-on integration and testing experience, ideally with National Instruments equipment and software.
  • Experience with propulsion systems using different storable propellants, including electrical and chemical systems.
  • U.S. citizenship and willingness to obtain a security clearance are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing requirements and verification sets, writing test plans and reports, and performing testing.
  • Python experience for data manipulation and post-processing.
  • Hands-on engineering experience, GD&T and engineering-drawing experience, and flight-hardware testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with NX or equivalent CAD, Teamcenter, Windchill, or similar PLM software, and National Instruments data-acquisition systems.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity using engineering principles, standards, technical risk assessments, test data, and physics-based models.
  • Experience planning technical work, scheduling delivery, and managing progress against the plan.
  • Master’s degree or PhD.
  • Passion for engineering, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work includes prolonged sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to moderate noise, dust, and fumes in production areas.
