What you will do

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance software for agricultural technology products.
• Develop software requirements, technical designs, and documentation.
• Create and maintain C/C++ applications in embedded and real-time environments.
• Build robust multithreaded and event-driven software systems.
• Debug, troubleshoot, optimize, and validate complex software applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring while contributing to planning, estimation, schedules, and cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of software development experience within a team environment.
• Strong C/C++ development experience.
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with real-time embedded systems, multithreaded applications, and advanced debugging techniques.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with modern development tools, including AI-assisted development technologies such as GitHub Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience with agricultural machinery, automation, guidance systems, or precision agriculture technology.
• Experience with embedded systems and hardware integration.
