Raw Materials Procurement Agent (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Salary: $54,550–$83,650 per year

What you will do

• Synchronize supply chains and procure metallic and non-metallic raw materials and services.
• Manage supplier-related activities as an authorized company agent, including contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
• Develop requests for quotations, analyze supplier responses, and manage post-award supplier activities.
• Manage inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Monitor customer demand and material assets to optimize supply chain planning and reduce material and product variability.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure quality parts are delivered to the right place at the right time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain role, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management and strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to lead organizational changes with drive, energy, and adaptability.
• Relationship-driven approach with the ability to cultivate strategic partnerships and influence business goals.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MRP systems, with SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of or experience with manufacturing and manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience; an MBA is a plus.
