Senior Product Manager (Data)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid office schedule.

Salary: $175K–$215K per year, plus equity.

hirify.global is a Series A startup building an intelligence platform for navigating global supply chains and China-related risk through company networks, relationships, and financial ties.

What you will do

• Drive product development for key user-facing features and define the future of the flagship product.
• Write PRDs, roadmaps, and feature explainers while overseeing and supporting implementation across the stack.
• Lead sprint planning, product kickoffs, cross-team project check-ins, and product launches.
• Work with customers and prospects to define core problems and inform future development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Sales, and Research on data and UX improvements.
• Support the expansion and resiliency of the data pipeline and serve as a product expert across the company.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least one customer-facing data product.
• Experience working across the full software stack, from frontend to backend.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage company at the seed, Series A, or Series B stage.
• Technical background and/or knowledge of Python or SQL.
• Experience with entity resolution problems, knowledge graphs, and related topics.
