What you will do
- Process air export shipments according to company policies and customer SOPs.
- Communicate and coordinate with overseas branches and service providers.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate system records and communicate special requests required to fulfill customer SOPs.
- Check service provider billing invoices and support team members in achieving organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Visio.
