Project Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Drive alignment of cross-functional goals, clarify ownership, unblock dependencies, and keep leadership informed of risks.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects in Mobility, build project squads, and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Implement AI tools to automate project tracking and optimize strategic reporting.
• Design and own the operational cadence for the Ride-Hailing division, coordinating with Legal, Government Relations, Finance, and other corporate functions.
• Facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda-setting, pre-read preparation, execution, and follow-up accountability.
• Build portfolio-tracking frameworks, monitor milestones, and escalate bottlenecks before they affect delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or business operations within a fast-paced technology company.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence diverse, cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong operational rigor, including experience running high-density meetings, building consensus among senior leaders, and converting complex discussions into structured action items.
• Advanced proficiency with AI and automation tools for project management and reporting.
• Fluent English.
