Business Technology Associate - Test Support Specialist

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end business testing for planning-tool implementations, including sprint testing, SIT, UAT, handshake testing, roll-out validation, regression testing, and re-testing after defect fixes.
• Test ongoing enhancements and bug fixes during live usage and provide first-level functional support during hyper care.
• Support the test manager with test scope, data, test cases, defect handling, coordination, evidence standards, and reporting.
• Guide business testers and junior test resources, participate in workshops and project meetings, and communicate status, issues, decisions, and follow-up actions.
• Support training preparation, user onboarding, documentation, tool setup, and maintenance.
• Follow selected functional requirements from clarification through implementation, validation, business sign-off, documentation, and communication, while supporting project-management tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business testing, test coordination, business analysis, technology consulting and implementation, or a comparable project role.
• Hands-on experience preparing and executing test cases, supporting UAT and regression testing, documenting evidence, and tracking defects through closure.
• Strong attention to detail, structured working style, accuracy, and the ability to organize test activities, monitor progress, and address risks or capacity gaps.
• Ability to understand business processes and technology solutions quickly and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Confidence working with business users, Business Managers, IT teams, and external implementation partners, including in remote and cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating training materials, process documentation, presentations, status updates, and user-support content.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test-management and defect-tracking tools; very good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis and presentation creation.
• Professional proficiency in English, a proactive and service-oriented mindset, flexibility across parallel implementation phases and changing priorities, and willingness to travel for project, training, and roll-out requirements.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning concepts and processes, including integrated planning, demand planning, merchandise planning, or related processes.
• Exposure to o9 Solutions or comparable enterprise planning platforms.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or another complex international business environment.
• Experience supporting system training, international roll-outs, hyper care, continuous improvement, coaching junior testers, or coordinating external test-support resources.
