Associate, Investment (AV Media)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Support the Account Manager and Account Director in delivering AV campaigns across TV, video, radio, and cinema.
• Book, monitor, plan, and manage AV campaigns, value positions, buying guarantees, and campaign delivery.
• Work with media owners to evaluate options, secure value, and identify incremental revenue opportunities.
• Contribute to and present implementation plans, campaign results, strategy documents, and client materials.
• Manage client requests, expectations, billing, approvals, purchase orders, and SOX compliance before campaigns go live.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients, media owners, external agencies, and internal departments to deliver integrated services.

Requirements

• High degree of numeracy and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels and build internal and external relationships with clients and media owners.
• High degree of literacy and effective written and telephone communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of AV buying and planning systems, including Media Ocean, Caria, and TechEdge.
