Paid Social Media Specialist (Meta Ads)

Location: Krakow, Poznan, Warsaw, or Wroclaw, Poland; hybrid work with two office days per week.

Gross salary: PLN 5,167–9,167 per month.

What you will do

• Support campaign launches and setup across Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Check campaign compliance with hirify.global guidelines and monitor campaign status across channels.
• Maintain accurate data in campaign reporting tools and hirify.global software.
• Produce daily campaign reports covering pacing, data input, and commentary.
• Communicate with regional Media Activation teams and teams across Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• At least 1.5 years of experience planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Adaptability and flexibility when goals and priorities change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willingness to work directly from Poland.
