What you will do

• Design and develop AI agents that accelerate delivery of capabilities meeting business requirements.
• Research AI capabilities in Databricks and Palantir and standardize their use for developers.
• Prompt-engineer LLMs to support functional analysis and coding.
• Develop chatbots for developer and customer interactions.
• Train machine learning models on historical and production data to predict outcomes and identify anomalies.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Six years of related work experience, including at least two years of hands-on experience training AI models.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into DevOps pipelines to accelerate coding and delivery.
• Experience developing agents using OpenAI LLMs and AI chatbots for business requirements.
• Experience training machine learning models on live or production datasets for predictive analysis and data-anomaly identification.
• Experience with agile development methodology and relational and non-relational database design and architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and independent-work skills.
• Experience sharing knowledge through code reviews and solid documentation; driven, self-directed, and committed to the mission.
