Applications Engineer II (Industrial Imaging)

What you will do

• Support the architecture, evaluation, improvement, integration, and troubleshooting of fixed industrial scanning and application engineering solutions.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and partners, addressing product and solution performance challenges in specific application scenarios.
• Use imaging toolsets to solve novel and increasingly complex imaging problems, implement testing strategies, and analyze test data to identify issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with senior application engineers, sales, engineering, and product management on customer projects and resolution plans.
• Contribute to software design, hardware analysis, solution development, proof-of-concept work, demonstrations, technical training, and documentation.
• Support customer-site deployment and testing for priority opportunities, maintain vision labs and remote testing infrastructure, perform benchmarking, and provide technical product feedback.

Requirements

• Experience contributing to application engineering and system solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Ability to work with fixed industrial scanning, imaging tools, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze test data, identify issues, and propose technical solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with senior application engineers and sales, engineering, and product management teams.
• Ability to contribute to software design, hardware analysis, integration work, and solution development under senior guidance.
• Ability to support customer-site deployment and testing when required.
