Senior Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Herndon, Virginia, United States; based at 13900 Lincoln Park Dr with hybrid schedule flexibility.

Salary: $145,000–$250,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the technical, managerial, and administrative resources needed to fulfill federal contract requirements and approved work beyond the initial scope.
• Manage government-furnished equipment, government-furnished property, and contractor-acquired property.
• Oversee contract budgets, resource allocation, cost monitoring, financial control, and contract compliance.
• Track requirements, deliverables, schedules, financial data, and program performance.
• Coordinate contract-team technical personnel with government personnel to maintain schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph are required.
• At least 10 years of experience as a program or project manager managing federal programs and contracts valued at $25M or more.
• Experience with requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial-data monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong technical experience with cloud computing environments, especially Azure, plus mobile-device and BYOD management in cloud environments.
• Experience with zero-trust architecture, software development environments, database management, and data analysis tools such as Elasticsearch.
• Deep understanding of TAK and integration tools for TAK environments.
• Experience with Adtech data, digital force protection, curriculum development, and data and software tools including Kibana, GitHub, Python, and Spark.
• U.S. person status is required for ITAR/EAR compliance; some positions may require current U.S. citizenship due to contract requirements.
