BS Middle Project Manager (FMCG)

What you will do

• Coordinate product development activities, priorities, responsibilities, goals, timelines, and delivery commitments.
• Oversee project execution across all stages and facilitate planning sessions, syncs, technical reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Lead one-on-ones and performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, reports, budgets, schedules, and working-hour tracking.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular project updates to teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues, manage risks and unforeseen decisions, optimize workflows, and align innovative ideas with business needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, including a proven record of managing projects with teams of 10+ members.
• Hands-on experience managing fixed-price projects.
• Ability to lead technical teams and bridge developers, hardware teams, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies, with a solid understanding of the SDLC, software implementation, and support cycles.
• Strong project management expertise covering planning, scheduling, budgeting, issue resolution, change request management, risk management, and release management.
• Ability to prioritize workload effectively, with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Stress tolerance and a business-oriented mindset.
• Intermediate English for occasional calls with colleagues and work with documentation.
