What you will do

• Design, develop, and train machine learning models, including NER, personalization, prediction, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Build and ship production-ready ML systems and integrate AI features into hirify.global services with engineering, product, and analytics teams.
• Optimize models and write production-quality code for scalable and reliable deployments.
• Conduct experimentation and model evaluation, and define and monitor product metrics.
• Use data analysis to guide improvements and measure product impact.
• Contribute to foundational model development, next-generation AI initiatives, and research into advanced ML techniques; communicate findings to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Three years of related work experience, including three years of experience with Spark and cloud data environments such as AWS, Databricks, or Azure.
• Three years of experience building and scaling machine learning models using large amounts of data.
• Three years of experience using Python or Java to write performant, production-quality code.
• Three years of experience with anomaly detection for dataset analysis used to train, validate, and ship machine learning models.
• Three years of experience with Agile development practices, SQL, and BI tooling using Tableau, Excel, Power BI, or Looker.
