Frontend Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Build and evolve scalable, high-performance web applications with React or Vue and Next.js for SSR and modern web delivery.
• Translate complex monetization workflows into intuitive user experiences with product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
• Optimize loading times, rendering speed, bundle efficiency, and performance in data-heavy dashboards.
• Ensure cross-browser, multi-device, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Participate in code reviews, share frontend best practices, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Own features from requirements refinement through implementation, testing, delivery, CI/CD, deployment reliability, and observability.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional frontend development experience using React or Vue; React with Next.js is preferred.
• Strong Next.js experience, including SSR, SSG, routing, API routes, caching, and performance optimization.
• Strong JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript skills, with knowledge of component architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Vite, Webpack, Babel, and UI frameworks including Tailwind CSS, styled-components, or Vuetify.
• Hands-on experience with Redux, Vuex, Pinia, Context API, React Query, or SWR.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Jest, RTL, or Vue Test Utils.
• Strong understanding of performance tuning, responsive design, and cross-platform development.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX layouts, components, and interactive prototypes, plus experience with Framer Motion for React animations and micro-interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English for technical discussions and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript-first environments, micro-frontends, edge rendering, or PWAs.
• Knowledge of GSAP, Three.js, or advanced motion and interaction design.
• Background in gaming, fintech, or high-load consumer platforms, including analytics dashboards, virtualization libraries, or complex internal tools.
• Familiarity with feature flagging, A/B testing, or monetization systems.
• Experience migrating legacy codebases or leading UI modernization projects.
