Senior Recruitment Manager

Location: Based in Helsinki; leading a geographically distributed recruitment team across EMEA.

What you will do

• Lead recruitment managers and individual contributors across EMEA, coaching and developing leaders, specialists and succession pipelines.
• Set recruitment strategy and priorities for Marketplace, B2B and SevenRooms across hirify.global and Deliveroo.
• Advise senior business, Finance and People leaders on talent availability, hiring priorities, trade-offs and delivery commitments.
• Forecast hiring demand, maintain capacity plans and allocate recruitment resources based on productivity, complexity and business priorities.
• Track hiring goals, conversion, time to fill, offer acceptance and candidate experience metrics to improve delivery.
• Standardize sourcing, assessment, interview and inclusive hiring practices while supporting the integration of recruitment teams and operating models.

Requirements

• Experience leading recruitment managers and geographically distributed recruiting teams, including developing leaders and improving team performance.
• Strong recruitment experience across commercial or business functions in a complex, fast-moving organization, with the judgment to support distinct business models and hiring needs.
• Experience advising senior business leaders, challenging assumptions with evidence and aligning stakeholders around realistic priorities and delivery commitments.
• Ability to translate hiring forecasts into recruitment plans, assess resource requirements and make trade-offs across competing needs.
• Practical command of recruitment data, including funnel, productivity and delivery metrics.
• Understanding of hiring complexities across EMEA, including language, local market conditions and role requirements.
