Technical Delivery Manager (Logistics Integrations)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; on-site work format.

What you will do

• Own client-facing integration delivery from planning, estimation, execution, and acceptance through production handover.
• Manage delivery budgets or effort-based commitments, forecasts, scope changes, and concurrent integration workstreams.
• Lead technical teams, allocate capacity, coordinate external dependencies, and manage client expectations.
• Explain technical trade-offs in business terms, escalate risks with recommendations, and coordinate logistics integrations across operational, finance, customer, carrier, and trading-partner systems.
• Review integration flows, API contracts, data mappings, connectivity, monitoring, incidents, releases, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience with client-facing technical delivery, including planning, estimation, execution, acceptance, and production handover.
• Experience managing delivery budgets or effort-based commercial commitments, forecasts, scope changes, technical teams, capacity, external dependencies, and client expectations.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs in business terms and escalate risks with clear recommendations.
• Strong written and spoken English for workshops, negotiations, delivery reporting, and technical discussions.
• Experience delivering integrations for logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or contract logistics organizations.
• Understanding of shipment data, transport orders, tracking events, customs information, invoicing, settlement flows, and the operational impact of delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or incorrectly mapped messages.
• Practical production experience with Lobster DataWizard, including integration flows, profiles, mappings, validation, connectivity, scheduling or event triggers, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of source-to-target flows, adapters, data contracts, transformation logic, event-driven integration, Pub/Sub, message queues, retry handling, duplicate prevention, auditability, REST, OpenAPI, webhooks, OAuth2, JWT, Postman, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, flat-file exchange, AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, authentication profiles, SSL/TLS certificates, SQL, PostgreSQL, monitoring, incident escalation, root-cause analysis, controlled releases, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with x.400 connectivity, TRADACOMS, legacy B2B interfaces, Python scripting, TMS, WMS, ERP, customs platforms, or finance applications.
• Experience improving reusable mappings, onboarding templates, test assets, or operational runbooks.
• Relevant delivery qualifications or Lobster training.
• German or another European client language relevant to the account portfolio.
• Delivery ownership across several concurrent integration workstreams or client engagements.
