CRM Associate (iGaming)

What you will do

• Execute customer communications from campaign build through launch, including setup, quality assurance, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build email, push, and in-app communications according to specifications, marketing standards, brand guidelines, and channel best practices.
• Review campaign builds, interpret campaign data, validate communications, and identify opportunities to improve execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop messaging, manage workflows, and deliver campaigns across multiple priorities.
• Contribute execution ideas and use artificial intelligence-powered tools where appropriate to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign production, customer relationship management, or a related field; experience in e-commerce, technology, or gaming is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within challenging timelines.
• Basic understanding of HTML and its use in digital communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners.
• Proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to learn quickly and contribute in a fast-paced, changing environment.
