What you will do

• Lead sustainability and ESG strategy, ethical sourcing, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage human rights due diligence and the environmental sustainability framework.
• Oversee data, disclosure, and traceability programs.
• Drive supplier engagement and capacity building.
• Manage grievance and crisis response while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead talent development and build effective teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in social and environmental responsibility, sustainability, ESG, ethical sourcing, compliance, human rights due diligence, and environmental sustainability.
• Ability to manage data, disclosure, traceability, supplier engagement, capacity building, grievance management, and crisis management.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Leadership and talent development capabilities.
• Demonstrated courage, creativity, customer focus, ability to deal with ambiguity, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and ability to learn on the fly.
• For people management: strategic agility, ability to develop direct reports and others, and ability to build effective teams.
