What you will do

• Develop digital solutions for engineering use primarily with Microsoft Power Platform and the Viktor Python Platform.
• Identify digitalization opportunities in engineering design workflows and engage engineering disciplines to secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop, document, and evaluate solution prototypes, including conducting user acceptance testing.
• Refine successfully deployed prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions.
• Assist with the development of prompt-based solutions using Copilot.
• Evaluate cybersecurity aspects during solution development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or any engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience is required.
• Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, through coursework, self-learning, or internships.
• Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts.
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a project-based environment.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
