What you will do
- Manage daily application operations, maintain application usability, perform software updates, execute CI/CD pipelines, and develop solutions for operational issues.
- Maintain and improve testing, monitoring, alerting, cleanup, and logging for application components.
- Automate processes, service delivery, and deployment pipelines; request and manage TLS/SSL certificates.
- Arrange and administer application access for new and existing users.
- Analyze data and systems to support issue resolution and identify root causes; measure process performance using KPIs and support improvements.
- Drive Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift activities, document processes, monitor compliance, and help implement AI to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts, Git or other version-control concepts, TLS/SSL certificate management, and software deployment strategies.
- Experience reading and writing scripts, such as shell scripts.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of quality improvement methods and willingness to perform operational tasks.
- Good analytical, teamwork, problem-solving, proactive, independent, reliable, curious, and adaptable working style.
Nice to have
- Database skills such as MS-SQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
- Basic knowledge of information security and cryptography.
