Engineering VP / Director (Web3)

Location: Singapore, Singapore. Current right to work in Singapore is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead strategic engineering initiatives across core products and guide engineering leaders and teams across multiple disciplines.
• Improve coordination, ownership, decision-making, workflows, team structures, and operating rhythms across engineering.
• Mentor and scale engineering managers and senior leaders while maintaining high standards for engineering craftsmanship, career growth, and technical accountability.
• Guide architecture and engineering decisions across complex product environments, balancing scalability, security, performance, and user needs.
• Establish engineering standards covering software design, code health, automated testing, continuous deployment, observability, availability, and resilience.
• Partner with Product Management, Design, Operations, and Security to deliver technical roadmaps, milestones, execution metrics, and predictable product releases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading multi-tiered engineering teams of 50+ engineers at Director or VP level within high-scale product companies.
• Strong technical breadth across large-scale product environments, with the ability to assess architectural trade-offs and guide experienced engineering leaders.
• Demonstrated success driving complex, multi-team engineering programs to launch in fast-evolving, high-growth technology environments.
• Experience in high-availability, low-latency, or mission-critical domains such as FinTech, SaaS, payments, consumer technology, or Web3.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build consensus across business, product, and deeply technical teams.
• Current right to work in Singapore is required.
