Location: Atlanta, Boston, Miami, or New York, United States; most days in the Milan office during the first few months, followed by work from an office or remotely from approved countries as agreed at the offer stage.

Salary: typically $164,852 annual salary for candidates with limited experience in the United States; compensation for candidates with exceptional potential and highly unusual achievement typically ranges from $209,694 to $425,639 annually.

What you will do

• Identify and strengthen security across systems and infrastructure using modern security tools, automation, and continuous testing.
• Conduct internal security assessments and implement countermeasures protecting the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
• Design and build security controls directly into infrastructure and engineering workflows.
• Work with privacy experts to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical safeguards.
• Track emerging vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security practices, and share security knowledge across the company.
