Analyst, Commercial Operations (Medical Products)

What you will do

• Process daily and monthly Channel Operations and Commercial Contracts activities according to established SLAs.
• Analyze contractual terms, customer commitments, price increases, price expirations, incentives, rebates, agreements, and amendments, and maintain related data in BAM and JDE.
• Handle vaporizer failure, RMA, exhibits, product launches, resigns, Vizient and Premier resigns, and Alt Side incremental-volume processes.
• Research complex business issues, recommend and implement solutions, and support process-improvement initiatives with US analysts, supervisors, managers, Sales, Contracts Management, Customer Service, Customer Master, and Supply Chain.
• Create and maintain SOPs, support quality assurance and corporate audit requests, and act as a contact for escalated issues and contract-process approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial contracts in a GBS center, AP, T&E, or commercial environment.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish communication with B2 proficiency required.
• Demonstrated finance competencies and qualifications.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with AS400 and ERP systems, specifically JDE Oracle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer-focus, collaboration, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to remain organized, proactive, analytical, and effective under pressure in a high-performance environment.
