Wellness Director

Location: Onsite in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines

Workplace wellness programs support employee physical, mental, social, emotional, financial, and occupational wellbeing.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve wellness programs and interventions that encourage healthy lifestyle choices and self-development.
• Build a community of wellness champions and first aiders and increase awareness of available wellness resources.
• Deliver sessions for People leaders and facilitate training on resilience, stress management, nutrition, weight management, physical fitness, and work-life balance.
• Create surveys, analyze employee feedback and program metrics, and recommend actions to improve effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, wellness partners, and vendors to support high-quality program delivery.
• Conduct risk analyses and recommend changes to support regulatory compliance where applicable.

Requirements

• Graduate degree, diploma, or higher in clinical psychology, counseling, health psychology, or a related health field, or experience leading this function.
• Qualified counselor and/or psychotherapist.
• High degree of empathy and sensitivity, active listening skills, and confidence discussing wellness issues.
• Ability to adapt counseling or coaching style to different situations.
• High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with metric management and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Awareness of the employee handbook, labor health and safety rules and policies, wellness policy, and other internal company policies and procedures.

Nice to have

• Supervision qualification.
• Experience as a wellness coach in a corporate setting.
