Senior DevOps Engineer/ Expert/ Specialist

What you will do

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automate operational and deployment processes.
• Support and troubleshoot Java-based applications across development, test, and production environments.
• Administer Linux/Unix systems and perform SQL-based analysis and troubleshooting.
• Manage IBM MQ, JMS, XML, REST/SOAP, HTTPS, SFTP, and LDAP integrations.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot WebSphere, Tomcat, HTTP Servers, and ServiceMix platforms.
• Perform incident management, log analysis, root-cause analysis, post-deployment validation, and continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, application deployment, middleware administration, or application support, including multiple full-lifecycle implementations and production environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Java applications, middleware platforms, and system integrations in mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release management, environment management, and production support.
• Experience with Java application support, Linux/Unix administration, SQL query analysis, infrastructure automation, scripting, and configuration management.
• Experience with IBM MQ, JMS, XML, REST/SOAP web services, HTTPS, SFTP, and LDAP.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server, Apache Tomcat, HTTP Servers, and Apache ServiceMix.
• Experience with incident management, log analysis, performance monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, stakeholder-management, planning, and execution skills, including the ability to work under pressure in critical operational environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
