Junior Associate Director, Business Data Office, Data Integrity and Operations

What you will do

• Run daily master data management operations, monitor data ingestion and supply activities, and resolve or escalate failures.
• Review source-system and MDM differences, investigate exceptions, validate updates, and execute approved changes with audit trails.
• Work with technology partners to define requirements, test automation, and improve diffing, reconciliation, validation, and update processes.
• Investigate data issues using SQL and data profiling, coordinate remediation, and support root-cause analysis.
• Manage data requests and incidents through Jira Service Management and maintain communication on ownership, progress, and business impact.
• Monitor data quality and operational metrics, support metadata tooling and platform releases, and strengthen procedures, controls, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Operations, Data Management, Data Quality, or related analytical roles.
• Hands-on experience operating or supporting MDM platforms or comparable enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with reconciliations, data quality monitoring, operational controls, and managing data exceptions, incidents, and requests.
• Strong SQL, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with an understanding of relational databases and data flows.
• Experience working with technology teams to test and implement operational improvements and automation.
• Awareness of metadata management and data catalogue concepts.

• Python knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with metadata management or data catalogue tooling.
