Associate Data Operations Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Investigate late file deliveries and processing delays, identify root causes, and determine remediation steps.
• Liaise with external Data Partners about missing files and data, and coordinate remediation with internal Data Developers.
• Coordinate with Operations teams to uphold SLA commitments.
• Act as an escalation point for the Global Support team on file delivery queries.
• Support the operational integrity and data quality of hirify.global' data.
• Work with Performance Operations to apply ad hoc database fixes and implement sustainable solutions for recurring late-data issues.

• Collaborative communication skills for building relationships with third-party data partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage escalations with maturity and sound judgement.
