What you will do

• Act as the primary bridge between business requirements and technical execution for financial strategies.
• Architect complex sales compensation plans in collaboration with RevOps.
• Build reliable data pipelines connecting planning and compensation systems with the core tech stack.
• Design automated workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and manual overhead.
• Partner with FP&A and HRIS teams to build and maintain multidimensional data models for forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Applications, Finance Systems, or Sales Operations Engineering.
• Hands-on experience administering major SaaS platforms.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with complex formulas and logical nesting.
• Solid understanding of Dimensional Modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks.
• Excellent communication skills in English for explaining technical concepts to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with planning systems like Pigment or compensation tools like CaptivateIQ.
• Scripting experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato or building custom workflows.
