We're looking for an experienced AI Content Creator to join us and drive AI-powered content production.

Requirements:
Proven AI Expertise: Experience in generating high-quality photo and video content to deliver production-ready assets.
Generative Toolset Mastery: Proficiency with multiple AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, RunWay, etc.) to select the best technology for each specific task.
Character Consistency: Skills in using LoRA, IP-Adapter, or identity systems to maintain a stable visual identity across different scenes.
Production Pipeline: A well-established workflow to ensure fast iteration cycles and meet strict deadlines.
Visual Storytelling: Deep understanding of composition, lighting, and style to distinguish high-end visuals from generic AI outputs.
Brief-to-Result Proficiency: Ability to interpret creative briefs accurately to produce content that aligns with marketing goals.
Self-Management: Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently to implement feedback and deliver final-quality results.

Responsibilities:
Narrative Content Creation: Producing AI-generated photos and videos based on scenarios to tell compelling brand stories.
Advanced Motion Work: Managing image-to-video, lip-sync, and voice-driven animation to create realistic and engaging character-driven content.
Workflow Optimization: Selecting and refining AI tools and prompts to reduce production time while increasing quality.
Visual Asset Preparation: Assembling and basic editing of video/audio assets to deliver ready-to-use content for social media channels.
Cross-team Collaboration: Partnering with SMM managers and reviewing briefs to ensure creative alignment and technical feasibility.
Reporting & Iteration: Providing weekly progress reports and implementing rapid revisions to constantly improve content performance.
