What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day administration of a loan servicing portfolio and interact directly with clients on complex matters.
• Review loan documentation and manage onboarding and administration of new loan facilities.
• Set up loans in internal systems, including attributes, conditions, and covenant requirements.
• Process lifecycle events and other loan activity while maintaining accurate loan portfolios.
• Prepare and distribute reporting, perform position reconciliations, and complete substantiation activities.
• Monitor covenant compliance and loan obligations, resolve client queries, and follow applicable policies, procedures, and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Experience in loan servicing, loan closing, or loan administration.
• Knowledge of loan operations and lifecycle events.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience with SWIFT payments.
