HR / People Operations Intern (Hospitality)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; 5–6-month internship starting in February 2027. Applicants must be enrolled in a school or college within the EU and be legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.

hirify.global operates a hybrid hospitality concept combining hotels, student accommodation, long- and short-stay options, gyms, events, coworking spaces, restaurants, and community facilities across Europe.

What you will do

• Support employees and managers as the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and employee details in HR software.
• Assist People Specialists with meaningful HR projects across operational, administrative, and strategic areas.
• Represent hirify.global at career events and internship fairs.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a school or college within the EU.
• Be a bachelor student in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Be looking for a meaningful internship experience.
• Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Be legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Written and spoken Dutch.
