Learning & Development Intern (Hospitality)

Location: NL-Hub; hybrid setup with travel to the Amsterdam office 2–3 days per week. Internship starts in February 2027 and lasts 5–12 months.

hirify.global operates a hybrid hospitality concept across Europe, combining hotels, student accommodation, long- and short-stay options, gyms, events, restaurants, rooftop bars, community spaces, and coworking facilities.

What you will do

• Coordinate and support the delivery of virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops for employees at all organizational levels.
• Use the Learning Management System and support process implementation, automation creation, and troubleshooting to optimize training coordination.
• Organize training sessions, including global onboardings, by coordinating speakers, equipment, invitations, registrations, and room bookings.
• Support the creation of slide decks, e-learning modules, and other learning materials.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Support team projects and research current Learning & Development trends.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Hospitality, Education, Organizational Psychology, HR, or a similar field within the EU.
• Must remain enrolled as a student for the entire internship.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a critical eye.
• Proactive, hands-on, creative, and willing to share ideas.
• Interest in helping people develop service and people skills and supporting their growth.
• Flexible to travel to the Amsterdam office 2–3 days per week; travel costs are not reimbursed.
