Head of Digital Workplace

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Karlskrona, Linköping, Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden; alternative locations may be possible. Some travel is required to meet teams and business stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within the Digital Workplace area.
• Own the performance, quality and cost efficiency of endpoint management, standard client environments, mobile and telephony services, print and conference room equipment.
• Drive organisational development, continuous improvement, standardisation, automation and cloud-managed workplace services.
• Set direction and priorities in alignment with hirify.global's business and technology strategies.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders, service providers, vendors and partners.
• Drive modern workplace technology adoption and ensure secure, reliable and user-centric services.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Proven experience managing operational delivery and service performance.
• Experience leading digital workplace or end-user computing organisations in complex IT environments.
• Experience leading workplace transformation, automation and service improvements with a focus on digital employee experience.
• Strong understanding of digital workplace services and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience with hardware asset and lifecycle management, device standardisation and vendor-delivered workplace services.
• Experience in large, complex and global organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
