Diversity & Inclusion Intern

Location: Geneva, Switzerland; onsite at the Geneva headquarters

What you will do

• Support the Diversity & Inclusion certification process by coordinating inputs from Procurement, Marketing, Product, Communication, and HR.
• Support the annual global employee survey, analyze results, follow up on improvement action plans, and help implement them with the Engagement team.
• Engage with global and Swiss external Diversity & Inclusion associations to foster partnerships.
• Support global learning and development activities in collaboration with the L&D department.
• Organize wellbeing initiatives at the Geneva headquarters and coordinate with HR teams across global offices and ships.
• Follow up on employee satisfaction with wellbeing activities and adapt initiatives to specific needs.

Requirements

• Education in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Passion for Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Shipboard experience.
• Italian, Spanish, or French language skills.
