What you will do

• Manage customer test campaigns, including responsibility for SIT and serving as the customer contact for UAT.
• Execute SIT tests and support other testers with issue resolution.
• Prepare test reports for customers and management.
• Monitor defect deliveries and coordinate developer teams.
• Continuously improve the testing approach and design a complete, sustainable test strategy.
• Plan test automation requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with test management in agile development.
• Strong structuring, negotiation, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Experience with banking and hirify.global technologies.
• High empathy when working directly with clients and internal teams.
• Hands-on mentality, healthy pragmatism, and customer orientation.
• Very good communication and presentation skills with fluent English.
