Deputy Head of Core Enterprise Platform and Applications (AI)

Location: Solna, Göteborg, Jönköping, Linköping, Malmö or Stockholm, Sweden. Some travel is required to meet teams and business stakeholders; alternative locations may be possible.

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and engage the Transformation Office team and build capabilities for future business and technology demands.
• Support the Head of Unit with direction-setting, prioritisation, execution, and delegated Deputy Head responsibilities.
• Lead the transformation portfolio, coordinating roadmaps, dependencies, strategic initiatives, and change adoption with Area Managers.
• Lead vendor management, aligning supplier commitments, performance, and improvement actions with business priorities.
• Establish performance management using shared measures and reviews to improve delivery, cost efficiency, and transformation outcomes.
• Own the Transformation Office budget and strengthen governance, collaboration, capabilities, and ways of working across decentralised delivery areas.

Requirements

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership, talent development, and senior stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, business applications, and IT service delivery in large, complex organisations, including data, AI, cloud, and automation opportunities.
• Experience leading a transformation office, strategic programmes, or cross-functional change in large, complex, global IT organisations.
• Experience translating strategy into prioritised roadmaps, organisational development, adopted changes, and measurable benefits.
• Experience in vendor management, including supplier relationships, delivery commitments, and performance follow-up.
• Experience establishing performance measures and management reviews that improve delivery, cost efficiency, and business value.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to pass security vetting under current security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply to positions requiring security clearance.
