Bank Transfer Agent Acquisition Manager 🙌

We are looking for a manager who will be responsible for finding new payment agents and coordinating their onboarding to the project. Target regions: Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia. We need one candidate for each region.

Responsibilities:
Search for agents and teams in target countries;
Negotiate commissions, limits, schedules, and cooperation terms;
Screen potential agents according to internal requirements;
Coordinate the onboarding process, from initial contact to payment testing and launch;
Monitor agent performance after launch and help resolve operational issues;
Maintain an agent database and track onboarding progress.

Requirements:
Experience in payments, iGaming, or partner network development;
Understanding of bank transfers and local payment methods;
Strong skills in independent partner sourcing and negotiations;
Good organizational skills and ability to manage the onboarding process through to launch;
An existing network of payment agents will be an advantage.
