We are looking for a Head of Affiliate to lead the growth of our casino brand through the affiliate channel.
🎯 Tasks:
- Develop and own the global affiliate strategy aligned with company revenue goals
- Scale the affiliate channel across Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets
- Identify new GEO opportunities and partnership models
- Build go-to-market strategies for launching new brands via affiliates
- Negotiate complex commercial deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
- Manage key accounts and ensure partner satisfaction
- Analyse key metrics: LTV, CAC, ROI, retention, payback period
- Optimise deal structures and commission models
- Establish scalable affiliate processes and workflows
- Mentor and coach affiliate managers
- Drive a performance-oriented culture
✅ Expectations:
- 5+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs at scale
- Strong expertise in CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
- Experience working across multiple GEOs (Tier-1–3)
