AI Product Engineer

Location: Hybrid, based in Western Europe, with one onsite week in Paris every quarter.

Salary: €65K–€80K annual base salary depending on experience, plus stock options.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered investing platform that lets users track assets, manage budgets, invest, and learn, offering stocks, ETFs, and crypto through a regulated platform.

What you will do

• Build systems that scale financial advisory and accelerate the sales team.
• Develop recommendation and allocation engines that capture advisors' expertise.
• Build an agentic operating layer for the Operations team to orchestrate AI agents with minimal human interaction.
• Own products end to end: gather user needs, design, build, deploy, maintain, define correct agent decisions, measure performance, and detect drift.
• Enable non-engineers to build automations and contribute to shared agentic infrastructure with Engineering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience shipping production-grade software, including products owned end to end.
• Production experience with LLM integrations, AI agents, and multi-step orchestrations. Ability to explain and evaluate AI systems, choose simple rules over agents when appropriate, and use AI coding tools in daily work.
• Comfort working across multiple languages and codebases, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with TypeScript, Rust, Ruby, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to deploy and run built systems and maintain data correctness as systems evolve.
• Product sense focused on user problems, product quality, and UX.
• High agency, cross-functional collaboration, frequent context switching, and ownership of problems without waiting for instructions.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Based in Western Europe and available for quarterly onsite weeks in Paris.

• Experience building an agentic system that is already in production and used today.
• Experience evaluating system effectiveness and measuring time or effort saved for users.
• Familiarity with fintech or another regulated industry.
• Passion for personal finance and investing.
